Support service is available for Microsoft Operating System Environments, Servers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco IP Telephony, VmWare and in a multitude of other areas as well.
If you need technical support during business hours and you have not contacted Alpha Technologies before, call us at 304.201.7485 and ask to speak to a Support Agreement Consultant who will explain the program to you and provide
you with an agreement and rate chart.
