Alpha Technologies of Hurricane, W.Va., recently expanded its footprint of operation into Winchester, Va., by combining its scope of operation with that of Telecom Consultants LLC of Winchester.

 

Telecom Consultants LLC is now operating under Alpha Technologies as its new regional Virginia office at 3076E Shawnee Drive, Winchester, Va.

 

The combination of these two entities brings three key partners to the table that will be included with the Alpha name — Allworx, LG Ericsson and Atlas Telecom.

 

It will provide a unique, powerful pool of Information Technology competencies offered by Alpha’s professional engineers, its technical support group and will bring several decades of intimate experience in the communications industry gained by members of the former Telecom Consultants staff.

 

Alpha will continue to service all existing Telecom Consultants accounts by responding promptly and courteously to customers' service request.

 

It is Alpha’s initial focus to concentrate on small to midsize companies offering consulting services. reducing operating costs, minimizing capital investments, improving customer care and enhancing employee productivity.
